Step by step towards a circular concept

For a circular working method it is important to focus on this during the design phase. That is why we as WEAR2GO are happy to share our expertise and knowledge with you. For example, we support and advise you in the field of eco-design, material choices and application of Wear2® Ecostitching Technology.
After registration for the GSES Global Sustainable Enterprise System (link) and registration of circular clothing …..
Register your digital passport and attach the logo as well as the QR label or chip to the garment, so when you return it or WEAR2GO facilitates this, its material and disassembly procedure are readily known and traced.
By wish, we facilitate with the Wear2® Return System a complete logistic as required for a sustainable disposal and processing of your textiles. The labeled, registered and unregistered garments will be collected at your location to be sorted and assembled at an external location.
If desired, we facilitate independent international end-of-life textile processors to align this process for you.
After return and sorting – and by using the innovative Microwave Technology – clothing will be easily disassembled (60 seconds). Different textiles and accessories will be separated into processable mono streams, enabling upcycling.
Depending on the type of mono-stream and the agreements that you have made with your supplier or manufacturer, WEAR2GO retains supervision of the transport to sustainable textile processors. This takes all CSR conditions into account and preferably contributes to a circular ‘fibre-for-fibre’ process.
Depending on the type of mono stream and the agreements you have made with your supplier or confectioner, WEAR2GO can arrange transport to sustainable textile processors. This with due observance of all CSR conditions and preferably contributing to a circular fiber-for-fiber process.
If you, your supplier or confectioner wish to have all – or certain – materials back, this is of course also possible. You or a party affiliated with you can in that case determine the future high-quality destination for these materials.
New products are created after the circular processing of textiles. Preferably high-quality end products (upcycling) – if this is not possible, downcycling could be a possible option. A part of these (mixed) textiles can be transformed into various sustainable products.
